All deliveries will be made via Fedex or DHL. The products will be carefully packaged anddelivered to the final destination. It is the responsibility of the consumer to check if the producthas been damaged in transit and, if so, to make the request for replacement or refund.

Once received, consumers have days to make a damage claim, supported by photographs. All refunds and replacements will be subject to a final evaluation of the damaged product, which we will conduct within 72 hours of receiving your item.
